COMMUNITY ASPECTS
At Lago Skiathos, the villa is more than just a place to stay—it’s our home and creative hub where residents can connect, reflect, and create. Our friends stop by often and it has become a place that we all love to be!
Accommodations
You’ll find comfortable beds, Made in Greece, with linens and towels provided, shared bathrooms, and access to laundry. The villa also features a shared kitchen for communal meal and snack prep outside of the provided daily meals!
Cozy living spaces, including a traditional Greek stone saloni for relaxation with a fireplace and handmade sitting couch by our friend Myra, perfect for reading and writing. The villa includes a larger saloni with a big table for coworking and a smaller atelier for artistic work. We have one acre of grounds right outside of the main town to explore and use as inspiration or creative space. Whether you’re painting outdoors, writing in a quiet corner, or collaborating with others, the villa offers the flexibility to support your creative practice.
Upon request, we have access to a performance space on the island that has a stage and a piano that is walkable from the villa.
We are a five minute walk to the sea and local cafes, directly across from the island’s main grocery store, and a fifteen minute walk to beautiful beaches and the main town.

Daily meals are a central part of the residency’s communal experience and all will cooked by our co-founder, Vasili. Breakfast and dinner will be thoughtfully prepared, emphasizing local and seasonal ingredients, while the shared kitchen is always available for snacks or additional meals.
